Flint wins third Club Women’s Singles Championship

The Women’s Final saw previous Champion Helen Flint score 4 shots on the first three ends before first timer Jane Wilson get on the board with a single on the fourth end. Picking up two maximum scores on the next 2 ends saw Helen burst away to a handy 11 shot lead 12 to 1 which was to prove a margin to far for Jane. Over the following 16 ends Helen scored a further 14 shots whilst Jane could manage just a further 10 shots which enabled Helen to claim her 3^rd Women’s Club Singles title.
